My Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Event

You are cordially invited to my Stellar Event of New York Fashion Week. Going to be running around interviewing people for my Red Carpet Runway.com/Jaizen page, plus producing this special exclusive soirée with the team at our new space, Amnesia, for our A'muse Fashion Show and After-Party.

The new collaboration line from designer Richie Rich and muse, Pamela Anderson debuts February 17, 2010.

Red Carpet and actual fashion show are earlier, but you must be on the list. Many celebrities and major media coverage will be on hand. Many musical performances are taking place. Will post pics and video here on my blog following our event, along with my favorite shows this week...

***And here's how it went down. View pictures below after the video!***

Before our event began, I stopped by a gifting suite to see my friend, Tim Garcia.
Then I needed to relax, relate, release, so I went to see these well-dressed gentlemen who own Nexus Showroom at Townhouse Spa. The staff supplied booze, food, massages and gift bags. Good times...
Ok, onto pics of me walking Pamela, Richie and my partner with Stellar EventsAndretti into our A'muse event...
Let's take a backstage tour... T.O. was in our show, we sipped champagne and talked about his new show...
Socialite Tinsley Mortimer, who had her date, American Idol, Constantine sitting front row, posed for my pic with America's Next Top Model, CariDee English. Way to go girls!

Sending Richie Rich, Pamela Anderson, Amanda Lepore, Terrell Owens, CariDee English, Tinsley Mortimer out on stage at our show after the crowd waited for hours enjoying the open bar and mingling with the fashionable crowd. It was a zooooooo...
Pammy all glittered out in outfit she designed. Richie rollerskating; A'muse is the new Heatherette! This is the only shot taken from backstage pointing towards everyone on our runway...
You can search the web and see our Fashion Week event was the most highly anticipated show. Press from all across the world came to New York to support. Thanks to all of our sponsors, Gotham Lasik Vision, LookBooks.com, Worldwide Maniac, etc. Time for us to celebrate upstairs with Pierre Jouet.
Here's my interview with my friend Rocco from Fashion News Live.

That's all folks, after our show and after-party, we all had our drivers bring us back home or hotel. Till next Fashion Week, be blessed. Oh, below are my favorite shows I attended this season...

And what would Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week be without taking in the very last show, Tommy Hilfiger at the tents with the face of fashion, Anna Wintour. She never ever takes pictures with anyone, but had to throw that charm on her. Haha

December to Remember

For some reason, there has been so many holiday parties this year. This shot of Simon and I was taken at the Dior store event. You may recognize him from "The Real Housewives of New York City". His wife Alex commented, saying that "they always coordinate clothes and take hours choosing which clothes to wear", as we all sipped on champagne and shopping ensued. He agreed...

My friend Manny, on the left, mentioned what he finds most appealing style-wise and what he hopes to see in 2010. "Personally, my favorite Dior pieces for men are Dior jeans, which are the only jeans I wear because the cut works for me and I love that "Rock Star Grunge Glam" look because I'm lean and they allow me to be sexy with a hint of mystery. Dior makes great suits and accessories for men; I only wear Dior Homme sunglasses. Furthermore, I would like to see the current trend of "dress it up, dress it down"; casual elegance with contrasts of materials, i.e. a tuxedo shirt with a black tie blazer, denim, silk, jeans and boots- "Hobo/Chic, Armageddon meets Glamour". Personal creativity seems to have gotten lost this past decade, let's bring it back...

The guys and I joking around, trying on the ladies Dior shades...not bad to be honest. Went to the Groovaloo show after, check out the dancers styles below...

Not only can these dudes dance well, but they dress well. Appearing on NBC shows, they definitely have to keep up their appearances. The Groovaloo performance was out of this world, mixing styles such as B-boy, Hip-Hop, Tango, etc. with the ladies onstage. Had to catch these cats and take a pic.

Merry Men, Merry Christmas

See, men and women can wear the same stuff sometimes. Take for instance these Russian style hats I got for us from the American Eagle Opening in Times Square. My friend and journalist, Kjersti, brought me back raw vanilla from Madagascar. Guys, is it true that men find the scent of vanilla to be an aphrodisiac? Maybe there's some kind of attractive, mental connection between sex and the smell on a woman that makes it seem like something you want to eat? Don't want to go off subject, sure you get my point...

Don't forget to check out the Lakers today as they take on the Cavaliers. Kobe is by far my favorite player of all time. Watch as he goes up against LeBron on this Christmas Day. Who's star will shine brightest? Mr. Bryant I believe!

Hosted a STELLAR Event with my partners for the 45th Birthday of Celebrity Photographer Mike Ruiz

We were all on deck, dressed to impress on the Red Carpet Runway with surface magazine at Hudson Hotel. Special guests included stylish dudes like Mr. Ruiz himself, Kevin Christiana and Jack Mackenroth of Project Runway, Penn Badgley from Gossip Girl, singer Nick Scotti, celebrity stylists Nolé Marin and Phillip Bloch, all enjoying the open bar, photo booth, performance and atmosphere. Had a great time last Thursday guys...
